The Balanced Scorecard

Typically managers refer to financial success metrics and little else. But because there are more drivers of success than usually referred to in setting strategy and managing performance, a more complex 'scorecard' is needed.

This tool gives an overview of the original Balanced Scorecard as developed by Kaplan & Norton - one originally made for business - along with a modified Balanced Scorecard as developed by New Profit Inc. - one more tailored for social enterprise.
