Performance Scope of Social Entrepreneurs

To run high-performing social enterprises, social entrepreneurs are generally required to perform several activities, which can be grouped into five categories: (1) demonstrate social impact acumen, (2) provide leadership, (3) plan, organize and run a social enterprise, (4) manage relationships, and (5) communicate.

This exercise helps social entrepreneurs identify their strengths and weaknesses relative to each of these categories.
