Strategic Planning Kit
Parts 3 to 5 of the SCOUT Strategic Planning Kit, this simple and clear strategic planning workshop was developed for nonprofits conducting strategic planning exercises.
The workshop contains 6 modules that can be completed over 4 days and takes people through the strategic planning process so that a strategic plan can be developed.
Worksheets, handouts and a PowerPoint presentation are available to support the workshop.
