A Framework for Market-Based Interventions

This piece draws on the International Finance Corporation's experience to propose a framework for market-based interventions that may be applicable to a wider range of blended value activities. This framework can be used in identifying, structuring, executing and evaluating private-sector projects with social goals. More broadly, it can help answer the question: What’s the best way to support socially beneficial activities that the private sector could be pursuing but isn’t at present?
